I dare to say this is a libc problem. I feel that it was not made locale aware since most, if not all users, are English speaking. Otherwise, one cannot explain why when in maintenance mode I enter # export LC_ALL=C bootadm work just fine. But when I log out from maintenance mode, the error reappears. I think the system will boot once I will change the locale to C.
