May I suggest asking on the OpenIndiana mailing lists rather than
pestering the poor Illumos people?
If we (OpenIndiana) have done something stupid, it wasn't on purpose.
The locales change was a big one and oi_151a is the first release to
switch to using Illumos and the new locales. Bugs are expected, and
should be filed with steps to reproduce on the bug tracker.
