Illumos is the kernel-side project (well, a bit more if you compare to
a Linux kernel); so there are a number of illumos-based distros, and
openindiana is one of them.

I don't think I've succeeded in making a working automounter entry
for ntfs-3g, but it does work from command line and via /etc/vfstab
(might be not mounted-on-boot if you want to avoid the boot-time
dependency).

If anyone has hints on autofs+ntfs3g+fuse - please enlighten me ;)
