Hi, I had to make some tests on a zone, so I halted it to clone it. After doing the passages to clone it, the clone command showed some errors, failing the clone (I lost the output, but it was something like srczone/ROOT or srczone/ROOT/be is already in use, as if it was actually acting on the wrong fs?!). The result is that the source zone is now marked as incomplete. Any idea what happened? How can I restore the zone to an installed state (as I hope it actually is!)? Will uninstall/install will lose all my zone system configuration (e.g. pkgs installed after creation)? Luckily, all the zone data were on a separate zfs filesystem assigned to the zone.... Here are the commands I ran to clone: pfexec zonecfg -z srczone export -f srcclone.cfg pfexec vi srcclone.cfg [edited set zonepath=/data/sonicle/zones/srcclone] pfexec zonecfg -z srcclone -f srcclone.cfg pfexec zoneadm -z srcclone clone srsczone Gabriele Bulfon - Sonicle S.r.l.
