Thanks. Just the sort of thing I wanted. I quite agree, you've *got* to find and fix them all. Anything less is a disaster waiting to strike. I'm quite happy to take this on. I have a reasonable grasp of the issues and the amount of context is tractable. I plan to do a massive "find grep" to look for places that deal w/ cylinders, but that doesn't guarantee I'd find everything. I'll read up on that and look at the code. Have Fun!
