I'm pleased to announce that the pkgsrc-2014Q1 release for illumos, OSX and Linux platforms is now available. These are repositories of alternative binary packages which may be used to supplement the ones provided by your OS.
Linux is a new addition for 2014Q1 and includes packages built for 64-bit RHEL 6 clones. All bootstrap kits include a configured pkgin for easy package installation.
