Manish, For your specific problem, I've found that wrapping the left label column above a certain width still flows without separating the label & field too much.
Your form would end up as: Title First name: Last name: Occupation: Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit amet lorem ipsum?: Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit amet lorem ipsum ?: Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit amet lorem ipsum dolor sit?: However, I think this rule is more of an "exception" rule than a good way to phrase 100 questions. I would seriously consider placing the labels above the fields.
