Hi Marvin, You may want to visit Boston-IA <http://boston-ia.org/> and ask your question there. Boston-IA is an information architecture group that focuses on accessible Web design. Collectively, the organization is probably the richest source for information on these issues. PJ Gardner created and administers Boston-IA (781.646.6849).
