There was an interesting article today in the automotive section of the Seattle Times about Microsoft Sync. It's a set of voice-activated controls installed in a 2008 Ford Focus. Mark Phelan, the Detroit Free Press reviewer, thought it worked pretty well (better than the car it was installed in). Don't know if maybe a few 'softies on this list might have worked on the project and would like to comment. For your Friday reading pleasure:
