Hi folks: I am thinking about using ClickTale (www.clicktale.net), to gather some data about actual usage patterns on a website.
This tool records the end user's screen as they interact with the web interface. It reports back with videos and heat-maps. Has anyone on here used this tool or has heard feedback about it?
