You know it could be argued that they have come up with a "pretty" solution to the larger fonts or smaller browser window problem. Take your average joe site with pixel height navigation and up the font size. Kappow! the screen becomes a mess. But this MS page keeps it's visual design.
On the other hand they have focused on the visual design and not considered any deviation. It does not gracefully degrade without javascript or style. P.S. I've noticed the form to post to this list is also javascript controlled.
