[CF1]This position is more about UX expertise than it is about
leading a team. We are not looking for PM or team lead skills so
much as we are looking for deep knowledge about UX. The leadership
part is about leadership of ideas and QA of UX design principles.
Our reporting structures are not fixed yet, so the person may not
ever lead a team, but rather they may lead a set of design activities.
[CF2]I’m not sure if these words capture exactly what we are
expecting. What we want is to have the KS UI Designer take the
outputs and deliverables from the FLUID project and apply them to
Kuali Student. In return, they should provide feedback to FLUID on
what works and what doesn’t in practical application.
