Hi Kim,

The major IP phone vendors like Cisco or Nortel or Avaya typically have
end-user documentation that escalates in scope and complexity. When you open
up the box of a new phone, you might see a wallet-size or 6x8 card with
shortcuts, a "Getting Started" guide, plus perhaps more complete
documentation, either printed or on a CD with software.

There is oh-so-much-more documentation, pounds and pounds of it, for the
"enterprise" part of these big phone systems, but this is mostly aimed at
administrators or integrators.

A well-designed and sturdy printed "cheat-sheet" plus a small well-written
task-focused user guide is likely the sweet spot.
