I do not spend a lot of time in Sitecatalyst, but I have an account
and we have a bunch of folks that are eyeball deep into it every day.
What I have found is that there is so much data, it is hard to
extract information. Get trained, spend a bunch of time, and then try
to sort out which metrics are important to you. A n effective
approach might be to have six different people, with six different
jobs/goals determine their priorities and how to measure them, then
you can all share these by regularly publishing to each other as
dashboards.
