I know quite a few members of this list wear several hats within their company. Does anyone have experience using Omniture's SiteCatalyst product for analytic research of user behavior? We're migrating from HBX to SiteCatalyst and I'm trying to see if it offers anything beyond the standard analytic functionality.
I've been researching a bit, but mostly see information targeted to the SEM folks. Any insights or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated!
