I actually use Peel (http://www.getpeel.com/) to download music from my favorite MP3 blogs straight to iTunes. Then I quickly go through and rate everything. Ones & twos are deleted immediately, threes stay in the mix, and four & five stars are what I listen to when I really need to concentrate (the Best Songs IMHO).
Having said that, no matter what music you listen to, I highly recommend http://www.moteldemoka.com/ for all sorts of great new/old/new-to-you songs.
