Collaborate on cross-functional design teams comprised of domain experts in marketing research, web 2.0 technology, and communities management. . Apply user-centered design processes to create award winning user experiences for web-based applications. Bkgd in survey creation/document flows is highly regarded! . Design interaction models, workflows and information architectures. . Produce user interface specifications, wireframes, and sitemaps. . Create visual user interface designs Qualifications: . BS/BA or MS/MFA degree in Graphic Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent work experience. . 3+ years of experience creating interaction designs for Web applications. . Solid understanding of UCD principles and interaction design skills. . Strong visual/graphical interface design skills. . Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and team members, cross-functional domain experts and other stakeholders; receptive to feedback and direction from others. . Strong detail orientation, and an obsession for accuracy and consistency. . Clear, organized written and oral communication and presentation skills. . Excellent analytical skills. . Understanding of underlying technical concepts. . Expert knowledge of the use of Photoshop, Fireworks, and/or Illustrator. .
