So far for me, BoA is the one with effective and comfortable interface for my needs. I also found Wells Fargo quite good. Nonetheless, both of these inflict some pain when they try to cram too much of info on a given page without using visual weights creatively.
Wachovia (esp. their credit card site) is the worst in terms of online experience. A perfect example of losing customers because no one cared for the crappy experiences that people have interacting with them.
