To give some context to that

Each block in that flowchart essentially represents one mini-query. These
blocks are essentially the WHERE clauses. The AND, OR, etc clauses are
usually built through the diagram. The end result, usually at the bottom of
the diagram, is the set of people to target with a specific campaign. You
can have multiple sets of people on one diagram, with different campaigns
for each.
