I was going to mention WritingPad as well. In fact, the interface looks almost identical to the Swype video -- I wouldn't be surprised if it were from the same folks. I actually found it quite easy to learn, and prefer it to hunt-and-peck on the iPhone, especially when composing a long email. My biggest complaint is its frequent crashes -- at this point, almost a deal-breaker. If they improve quality, I anticipate using this more than the Notes feature.
-----Original Message----- For people who have an iPhone there is WritingPad. A free notepad application through the app store. If people want to start playing with this concept. It is hard to learn, but fun. B/c iPhone doesn't allow you to add SIPs (keyboards) that go beyond the single application sandbox, it is hard to really make use of it. ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)!
