As a User Experience Practice Lead you will be responsible for guiding the User Experience team in the creation of great experiences for several software solutions. You would lead fellow members of the User Experience team to conceptualize, design and prototype ideas; then inspire members of IT and Engineering to develop the best software solutions using innovative technologies for our business. You will also be required to establish Shaw's User Experience best practices and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the development life cycle. You must have solid skills in user-centered design methodologies, a passion for presenting user research, a strong visual design sense, and proven expertise in designing for software or Web-based applications.
