Great list of films provided here.

As someone mentioned here, the films need not be about interaction
design per se. The concept of user experience (or rather viewer
experience) is used to its maximum in films and filmmakers know
exactly how to play with the dynamics of experience when making a
film.

So while there may not be films that talk about interaction directly,
from a user experience point of view, films in general are really
worth watching.

In our Interaction Culture class, we do this quite a few times. We
watch films and analyze the portrayal of a concept by the director
(like Kieslowski's , The double life of Veronique, The three Colors
Trology) . While dealing with the classic notions of realism ad
formalism in films is easy, it is really challenging to understand
the same as discussed in a context of Interaction Design. And in this
context it does help to think critically about the application of
these classical film concepts to IxD.

So for example, when saying that in formalism the stress is by the
director is to make the viewer view what the director see (Films here
are more from a director's perspective). Like using extreme close-ups
or shallow depth of fields, to stress on a particular thing / action
in a film, one can see a similar thing in the usage of pop-ups in the
case of designing interface. When a pop-up takes over the page that
the user is interacting with, its an example of how the interaction
designer has designed to let the user interact with that particular
screen. The notion of OK/Cancel on a pop-up in an interface would
also fall under similar lines.

When dealing with realisms and showing a more broader picture, one is
leaving the interpretation to the viewer(The films here are more from
an audience perspective). This is applicable mostly in the case of
designs where there is a lot of information that the user has peruse
through and decide oneself what to interact with first.
