Hello members, I need to do User profiling and build personas based on Printing habits and the needs eg: printing photos, print travel tickets etc.. I am planning to categorize four levels of user profiles, that is Housewives, working men/women, students and retired men/women...I would like to know what are the common criterias required for building User profile and persona. I would appreciate any additional inputs/reference to this.
