Thanks, everyone, for all the suggestions! I managed to quickly pull it off with Alok's suggestion of Canvas Resize and Actions in CS4. I figured out through brute force the values of the height/width needed to move the x,y position to 0,0 so I could crop appropriately the image area I needed. Then I ran my crop Action and all was well. I got my 30+ screen shots cropped to how I needed them.
Maybe someone at Adobe knows why Actions is recording all the correct info (x,y, height, width), but then only passing height and width when you run the action on another image?
