A nice follow up article to this piece would be where UX is working well in organsations and why - what are the themes/structures/team mixes/skill sets/approaches etc that have helped make it successful.
Not looking for a magic formula here but rather variables to better understand where UX is thriving and why. Be nice to also hear from the same experts to hear what they have seen in their projects and many years of experience in the field.
