I can't imagine a definitive study proving this statement: "using caps at the beginning of words is more memorable"
If you're talking about a logo, it probably doesn't matter, as long as your logo, itself, is memorable and connects people to you and/or your company. If it came down to caps vs lower, I'd ask some people who have never seen it before, which is more memorable. You might get 50% on either side...
