In support of your point - I'm currently using a CMS (Sitecore 6.0) which has made a serious effort to create a desktop-in-the-browser, complete with start button, task bar and Office2007-style menu strip, and the fact that there is no button-2 menu on items in the content tree is surprisingly frustrating, especially when the only existing way of triggering an action on an item often requires you to select a new tab on the menu ribbon.
