We have the ability to change the duration/opacity of these popup windows,
but they are ALWAYS in the bottom right corner of the screen.  This is also
where most of my software keeps the tool sets I use most often.
Whether it's Adobe Fireworks, Dreamweaver, or even Google Chat, my Twitter
feed (twhirl), MSN Messenger and Skype will all pop up in the exact same
area even over-shadowing the other popups.
I would absolutely love the ability to slide the popuplocation to wherever
my preference would be horizontally along the task bar.  Not only would the
eventual popups not interfere with the work I am currently doing, but their
location of popup would serve me as one more quick identifier as to who's
talking.
