Why is that bad or surprising? I don't think Social Networks (or Technology
in general) are intended to replace face to face interaction. On the
contrary, they can be enablers to real life interactions. I've used Facebook
to connect with friends from high school, but not to wish my dad on his
birthday. Except for that one time, when I broke up over Twitter...
