Open University course M364 ( http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/bin/p12.dll?C01M364) is an undergraduate course in Fundamentals of Interaction Design. I think it's good for someone who wants to get the basics right, maybe not so good if you're looking for state of the art technology - in fact we get marked down if our sketches are not done freehand, in order (I believe) to loosen us up and make us think like designers, not techies.
