Hi guys,

I am working as an Interaction Designer for a Clinical Research Website and
we are now ready to add some new features to it. While we are pretty happy
with the basic functionality that the website offers, we are looking to add
some social type of elements as well as media. I want to know what kinds of
methods people employ to gauge the features that could be added? I have
started looking at competing websites to get a feel for what people are
doing but was wondering if there are any concrete methods to go about this?

Also, it would be great to hear from people what they think would be good
features to look into for a Clinical Research Website.

Thanks,
