I was fairly unfamiliar with the Bauhaus movement until I redesigned a
web site for a fashion designer that was, herself, inspired by Bauhaus
design.

I got a book from Taschen on the subject. I then realized that I was
a fan of Bauhaus as well.

My designs still retain some of the pure graphic elements inspired by
Bauhaus design. See any of my personal sites listed below for more
examples.

That's how I was inspired by an artistic movement and how it's
become apart of my personal style.

Good subject, thanks for bringing it up! I might have to blog about
this at some point.
