I'm going to go out on a limb and say there never will be a one-size fits all tool. I do look forward to a more proper prototyping tool. All of our prototyping is hand-coded XHTML/CSS/JavaScript (relying on a JS library like Prototype, jQuery, or YUI). But I don't expect that to be typical, as it does require a decent level of technical prowess. However, tools that make it easier are a welcome addition in my book.
