There´s just one aspect that I´m missing a little - how about the director´s role in the whole process? Wouldn´t that be the person to step back one step and take a look at the whole - giving input - smoothing over rough spots... I´m wondering: how does this role fit in with the idea? And do you need that person - does it work without a director?
