1. Don't refer to people as "the masses."
2. Determine via research target markets and figure out if or how
their needs could be met by your product. Going after everyone isn't a
great strategy. You need to determine what group(s) have goals or
behaviors that could be met/enhanced via using your product.
3. Design.
4. Profit.
