Just skimming a few of these solutions - looks like they're all trying to be automated but they're failing on many points.
One of the things I'd be concerned with is bicycle fit. If the bicycle doesn't fit you, you cannot ride it. So how do all these systems address this issue? Sounds like every station needs a person for this to work effectively.
