Hi Anthony, I'm curious about your workflow where the annotations have to be numbered. Is this an IA process thing? Could you go in to more detail about where the existing Omnigraffle notes fails? (which appear as tooltips in omni & traditional pdf notes when exported) While there's flaws with the design I do like the requirements linking capability with Outliner
For the unfamiliar, see 'notes' on; http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/OmniGraffle/pro I've found it to be sufficient with the exception that exported pdfs cannot have further notes added which kills my collaborative review workflow, but thats a different issue.
