Hi all, We at Giro54 (a user experience design consultancy in Buenos Aires) are putting together a plan to run a usability test for one of our clients in Houston, TX (we'll also be running a similar study in Buenos Aires).
We are looking for a usability professional or company in Houston to test a new version of their site before it's relaunched. Here's some information about the project: - 2–4 participants (no need to recruit, the client will provide them). - Tests can take place at the client's offices or an outside facility. - Test will run for no more than 1 hr. per participant. - We'll be testing a functioning beta-version of the site (HTML). - Studies will take place around mid-October. We'll need a pricing estimate for the following tasks: - Preparing the study script. - Conducting the research in English (we would act as note takers, observers). - Recording the research. - Preparing a written report and a few (~5) short video clips. - Optional: cost of renting a fully-equipped testing facility (computer, recording system, mirror room, etc) - If traveling is involved, we'll need an estimate for travel expenses for 1-2 days.
