Hi all, Wanted to get your take on how UX teams are organized at big companies. Where I work UX is composed of UX architects. Most all of them have research skills and so also do research and usability testing among other things but they don't have the official title of User Researcher. The designers are in another group (not UX) but within the parent org of marketing (same with the UX team). If you work in a large organization and are part of a UX team, what does that UX team look like? Who's in it?
