siegy usually i will meet with the development team at the beginning of a project and decide together what kind of documentation they're going to get. generally that means everyone brings samples of previous work and we negotiate using those artifacts to focus the discussion. and i've just discovered that agile's way of little to no documentation doesn't seem to work for the team i'm with right now.
