RE: these two "feature requests," I daresay that the Job Board postings can address relocation & telecommuting in the body of the posting at launch. But it would indeed be great to filter explicitly for jobs that support relocation and/or telecommuting. At least a global search for those terms that's constrained to the Job Board section would turn them up....
And yes, an Education section is definitely the biggest chunk of content without its own home. I've long envisioned that Education becomes a top level navigation item. In the meantime, it should be made into one of the top-level Topics in the Resources area and also a tag for Discussion contents. A list of educational programs could also be added to the Hiring Resources section in the sense that school is a resource for professional growth. So, whenever the Education initiative produces some material that they feel is relatively complete it could be worked into a variety of places.
