Hey Pietro Just finished an app for a client and IxD was central as we did personas, user interviews, user testing on paper prototypes, physical tests (wide - outdoors, closer - handling and mounting the ohone itself, closer - interaction with app (button size etc) we were working with wheelchair users) as well as environment research etc. All before a 0 or 1 was written in code.
So, the space is maturing pretty quickly in terms of applying UCD and we're certainly getting plenty of calls from folks keen to integrate an iPhone/Android app as part of wider digital and physical offering. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
