Hi George, There's a ton of training out there for the more programmatical aspects, but not a whole lot for true UX practitioners (I'm also in Portland BTW). I attended the Silverlight Tour back in August ( https://agilitrain.com/Workshop/Schedule/Silverlight_Tour_Workshop) and thought it was pretty good. Much better than a few other classes that I've investigated. Erik Mork (PDX resident too) was the instructor for it. It really depends on what you need out of the training, but I definitely suggest you talk to the instructors first to see if what they teach matches with what you need.
Email me off-list if you need/want any more information. Good luck!
