Hi all -- I'd like to implement a brief customer satisfaction survey (i.e. 10 questions or less) on our eCommerce website. Has anyone used SurveyGizmo? If so, what did you think of it?
Also, I'm used to seeing the popup experience like Foresee where you are presented with a question in a dynamic window at the beginning of the shopping experience asking if you'd like to take a survey when you leave the site.
