The Interactive Product Designer will be responsible for creating ground-breaking, immersive consumer experiences. This person will participate in creative group brainstorming, conceptualization and development of industry-leading entertainment experiences in partnerships with big brand names. To be considered, you must have proven experience in interaction design plus have an exceptional portfolio highlighting outstanding interactive and product design and development skills. SKILLS YOULL NEED Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate concepts and ideas to both internal and external clients Ability to take concepts and ideas and turn them into interactive prototypes using Flash, After Effects and other appropriate industry tools Excellent multi-tasking skills strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Effectiveness at cross-team collaboration including working with product and product development teams The ideal candidate is highly creative and adaptive, as well as highly disciplined A combination of creativity and design passion and skill, with absolute drive to deliver according to plan and on time Passion for UI and end-to-end user experience Ability to work and problem solve independently and in groups Proficient in Action Scripting, Flash optimization, able to implement dynamic Flash solutions, and familiar with XML Ability to influence, drive, and adhere to established design standards within the design team and to external team partners Proven experience in interaction design and must be able to present an exceptional portfolio highlighting superior interactive and product design and development skills Portfolio must also illustrate UI skills BA or BFA in a design related field or equivalent industry experience Exceptional Photoshop skills required A BIT ABOUT FILTER FILTER is a full-service creative resources company that connects industry-leading companies with the very best creative talent throughout the West Coast.
