Hi all -- According to a recent usability test, "findability" of
products on our ecommerce site was a major issue. Our team has
redesigned the catalog pages that uses faceted navigation as the
primary solution to help users find products that fit their needs.

My manager would like some feedback about what kind of improvement we
might expect on our site by implementing the new catalog redesign. So
far all I've got for a response are the usability test data and the
general benefits of faceted search. I've thought about pulling
together some analytics data around abandonments from the catalog
pages. I would appreciate any feedback you might have that can help
me fill in the gaps. For example:

What KPI's do you think I might be able to project?

Are there any case studies or white papers around the ROI (or even
just benefits) of faceted navigation, or faster findability?

Thanks for your help!!
