I'd throw in Dan Roams's The back of the napkin, as a general introduction to visual problem solving, and as a basis for all the boxes and arrows you draw as UX practitioner.
This category would of course very much broaden the scope, and you could ask whether books on requirements engineering, innovation or related topics should be included too.
