Sunil, Just returned from IRWD conference and had the chance to "shop" various eye tracking solutions. Was totally blown away by the accuracy and logical application of SMI. Ultimately it comes down to the analysis of the eye movement but in comparing this tool to others represented, when we acquire we will go with this solution. I'd def take Jennifer's offer to intro you to other IxDA users as that is where you will get the rest of the story (account service, reliability, ease of start up).
