The sad thing is that I cant get anyone to sell Symantec Enterprise Vault to me unless I have exchange on site. I could easily justify the price of SEV based purely on making PST files go away, but unless you have an exchange server on site, they have no interest in helping you implement this purely as an outlook plugin for archival purposes.
