SAGE already has their designations of what kind of experience you would expect 
different levels of admin to have, so we could certainly build on those.

However, when "senior" in many places means someone who has three years of 
experience, and SAGE Level IV could fairly easily be met by someone who has 
five years of experience, I still think we're not serving well the people who 
have even more experience.

I've had that complaint for about as long as the SAGE level of classifications 
has been around.
